What we cover We offer refunds on items that arrived damaged, defective, or weren't what you ordered. That's on us, and we'll fix it — no runaround.

What we don't cover We don't offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or sizing issues, so check your measurements before you order. When in doubt, size up.
